The owner, originally from Italy, spent over 20 years managing restaurants in Northern Italy, between Milan and Bergamo. Throughout her career, she developed strong expertise in traditional Italian cuisine, focusing on high quality ingredients and preserving the authenticity of classic recipes. Her philosophy is based on simplicity, freshness, and respect for tradition.
After decades of experience, she decided to bring her knowledge and passion to Spain, creating a place where guests can enjoy the true flavors of Italy in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
